ric i am really glad you posted your early vids. i read through most of the thread, that was very helpful. i will post some pics of the sharp blade soon. still working on the finish. these guys say they can sharpen 1 of these blades in a couple of hours gotta be using power tools saw you cutting out in the cold, the water freeze?

Didn't freeze yesterday, tho I got one vid where it was so cold and windy that the bottles were getting blown off the frozen stands. lol

1-888-477-9673 for Jason at Arms of Valor I sharpened my Anduril in 2 hours, with all hand files. But I've got lots of practice DSA blades are especially difficult because the steel is so hard. A Windlass blade takes half the time, or less.

There is something relaxing about carving out an edge on a sword.

You need to lift the height of your cutting stand, the way you are cutting at the moment is very bad for your body. Also don't throw the weight of the sword into the blow just let it flow through with guidance rather than power.
