Nice review! And very interesting videos! Actually I thought to buy one of these but I really hesitate between Tenchi and Yamakami and still can't decide which one to be. Did the blade suffer any damages after the video shooting (especially after the wood cutting)? If it didn't, I think there won't be more hesitation:-)

Did the blade suffer any damages after the video shooting (especially after the wood cutting)? If it didn't, I think there won't be more hesitation:-) the blade suffered nothing but scratches, the edge was still as sharp as when it first came. It has excellent edge retention. The reason why it didnt cut through the second piece of wood is because the wood was wet and soft rather than brittle. I was pissed when it didnt go all the way through, though I didnt apply much force at all.

Your form seems pretty good, and you're right that blade is a beast! No effort needed at all! Ah man, now I don't know whether to get myself a Kaze or a SGC!
Good review and great vids! +1

You know a lot more about swords than most kids your age! Actually surprising. You actually know the parts.
