Yeah, I'm a Lovecraft nut too! But I never would have thought of combining that obsession with this one! I think you should get a karma just for that, VS!

Speaking of Cthulhu . . . (and who doesn't, really?), did anyone ever read any of the Samurai Cat books by Mark E. Rogers? Tomokato Miaowara? The one where he ran up against the Lovecraftian menace from beyond time and space? The guy whose shoes were normal, real roach-spikers . . . but his socks were of no human shape?
Dudes, that still leaves me rolling in the aisles, and I mean that in a good way.

No haven't read the Mark E Rogers books. However, a fantasy Ice axe inspired by "At The Mountains of Madness" with the handle shaped like one of the great old ones could be extremely cool.

I read at least one of the Samurai Cat many years ago, I think it was the first, I may still have the book
