Dude, that is so sweet, the dark pattern of the leather really compliments the grip. Just gorgeous.

Sonny did a great job, Mike. It's always a treat to see what comes out of the custom sword shop. In this case it's that dye job that stands out as tremendous!

Thank for the compliments, guys. I am really tickled with this scabbard. Partly because it's such a nice scabbard. But also because I finally have a good scabbard to carry my falchion afield. This thing is the best sword I can imagine for use as a backup weapon on hog hunts and just an all-around cool sword to have along in the bush.
