My opinions: Those handles are waaaay too long for the size of the blade in my opinion. The 1" PoB seems a bit too low, 4" is good. The 8-sided blade geometry might not be what westerners look for in a bastard or longsword.

If i may ask, what is your optimal ratio for the blade and handle?

If i may ask, what is your optimal ratio for the blade and handle? I mean there is not really a right or wrong, but most european two handed swords have handles around 25-30cm/10-12" with the leather grip surface being 20-25cm/8-10". The very long handle has pros and cons, but if you train HEMA for example it might be uncomfortable since most other swords are 4" shorter in the grip. I have seen it discussed, and below 8" actual grip size (the leather) seems to be too short for most, especially using thick gloves, so I'd say longer than 8" but shorter than 10". Also take care that the pommel does not have sharp corners for holding on to it, I mean they look good, but I have seen that some pommels really chew up the hands if you pommel grip them. The blade being 80cm/31" is a bit short for a longsword, the Windlass Agingcourt or German Bastard sword and Cold Steel Competition cutter are kinda like these and I have seen people saying it's too short for them as two handed or hand-and-a-half sword.
Please don't get me wrong, I am not saying these swords are totally unsellable, just adding what I have read about similar sized swords. I do wish you success, and you should know what people are looking for, right?
I bet if you could produce a sub 500$ type XVIIIc (aka Alexandria) they would fly off the shelf, blade geometry seems not to be that far off. A bit wider, longer and take away the secondary bevel and you have one of the most sought after swords right now.

Very clear and helpful. We will definitely make some upgrades in the future based on your advice, once again, thank you.

As with the last sword you presented, 3Lb seems overly heavy for a blade of this size! Looks like you are moving in the right direction, best of luck!
