This weekend I received a custom Xiphos made by Brian Kerce. Made with three types of wood and displaying Atlas on the scabbard. ![](https://dm2301files.storage.live.com/y4mUnj-xIy1dJEEg52o8DWCHXoEl5iM32nziiHrNhjdr8PBmkS7RWFxQBC7NMe0aCZJYsjarraUDkjDaj_sMH12Y7zcN999np72aVjgdELNOIkFNgL1AxM503u2_vJ-zrELN_4ue5d2lubmtLatrr08pKZnyKC85gTDK5eehU4bbiFjG543v94yetq5vFoi-0cs?width=144&height=256&cropmode=none) ![](https://dm2301files.storage.live.com/y4mF8XjbPXaoJQmbzV4DHjqC8U8yHA3yepkmlJha-jFncGm9Ds0I-oI7oK3ChLGKOmVIiQjH6BkCEGl5M9SReQJbIqolO4bETakHaOFwRT03h5GBG8KwuGkKDlY8e9yE-Nvn76dx4n8phP8SlE403YbcHtdm0x8h6lws7jM7HG9CG3eoJkcSz73426HpMUqhrrq?width=144&height=256&cropmode=none) ![](https://dm2301files.storage.live.com/y4mrHxKGP8kkyfBZ0WoJ1D6hKixv7eVYf2r9NrZip151hgyzpkXUOtwQZnWAbjkocVXF7Vdq2O_t3IJXbHXMVwVCSZ6-aql1Cv-zXe6avzfMK9YQX3gPpTUEyMlG5Ks9rpeFEIrrVmEowuRktTQg0Sqhdwr97yewrt8HxvrKyv1iEauhEJ5rfGAN-J735SvQyyy?width=144&height=256&cropmode=none)

That is one majestic looking xiphos. It's fit for a hero.

What are the stats of the Xiphos if you don't mind posting them.

What are the stats of the Xiphos if you don't mind posting them. Weight 1 lb 7.5 oz Overall length 26 in / 66cm Blade length 20.25 in / 51 cm Blade width at widest part of the leaf 45.6 mm - 50 mm at hilt -- 46 .6 a waist of leaf POB 6.5 in from hilt. The leaf shape makes it a little more front heady than other swords it's size.

Sharp blades are good to have, if Shire-folk go walking, east, south, far away into dark and danger.

Very nice! These types of short swords are quickly turning into my favorites!

I sincerely doubt I can afford it, but can you give me a range of what to expect if I were to commission one?
