If I remember correctly, I noticed it very early after receiving. A couple days after at most. I emailed Arms of Valor along with attaching pictures of the bend, and they emailed me back soon after that they would send a new one after receiving the old one. They even sent me a free shipping notice via email so I could return the sword to them free of charge.

Agreed, Shadowhowler. I do not know if even Kult of Athena would have made such a generous gesture. I tip my hat to Jason and AoV. I hope you enjoy your new blade Sotark!

its my only "sword" and its very frusating that i cant cut with it... the plastic bottle vermin invasion is starting to over run my domain and must be vanquished! Shotguns work very well at repelling the plastic bottle invaders... There's no fun in that; one shot, all dead. LOL Anyhow, for the OP- as others have said, it looks bent fully assembled; if this is how you got it, I've no doubt AoV will replace it for you. Their customer service is top notch, or so I hear as I've never dealt with them. Best of luck to you.
