If I'm lucky, a third DSA sword will show up tomorrow and I'll bring that as well... ...however, I am almost never lucky. I figured I burnt up my life's supply when my wife had a lapse of judgement long enough to say 'I do". ;D

I dunno about you Coasties, but they have not decided for Navy Chief's if they are going to bring back the dress uniform Cutlas yet or not... although we are hopping for 'hell yes' obvously. ;D

no, it's still an unknown as of yet, but I agree that I would like it.
I gotta go look at DSA again. I keep hearing good things from some people and horrible things from others. I hope you get your new DSA in tomorrow Sean, I wanna see it. it's gonna take a heck of a sword to displace my AT303s for top of the heap Sub $300, not to mention top sword from my AT-was1429.

DSA is a VERY different sword then the Custom Tuned Arming sword (since I have two of em, I have good comparasion now) and certainly different then your true Atrim sword. They are heavier and handle very differently. For me, when I get a DSA sword I prefer a two handed one... because I can better control the weight that way. The one I'm hopping tomorrow will be the ONLY DSA single handed sword I have really wanted so far... I really hope it shows. The DSA swords are TOUGH! The steel is hard and the Heat Treat excelent... ...but they are not quick or nimble... so it's just a very different sword. You'll see.

i also love the looks of the squire but am worried about the handling ... the stats make it sound like a bit of a dead weight

i also love the looks of the squire but am worried about the handling ... the stats make it sound like a bit of a dead weight this is my biggest concern about DSA swords too, I've heard this about them and when I look at the stats I cannot see how it would be anything less than a crowbar. but I could be very wrong I just don't know. I'll get to handle one today if things go well. I'm excited.
