I've been trying to get in touch with Sonny from valiant armoury for more than a month now with no luck.
If I e-mail I get a permenant terminal error message. Whenever I call I'm told that the person in charge of returns isn't there or I need to talk to Sonny, and he doesn't respond to my PMs.
Does anyone know whats gong on? I need to retun the blade but It's just impossible to get ahold of anyone who has the authority to do that.

Sonny's been busy lately, and he isn't actually on SBG enough to see that he has PMs. I'd try emailing him again, but from a different email address. Maybe start a free account with Google or Yahoo? I hope this helps! -Slayer

I hope this helps! -Slayer The alternate email account seems kind of dishonest. There's a lot of stuff happening with VA right now, I'd just try to be patient and sit tight. You'll get through eventually.

I'd make sure your sending them to the right e-mail address... I had NO trouble whatsoever getting ahold of Sonny about 3-4 weeks ago or so... I had a question about my Castile sword, and got back to me SUPER quick, sharpened my sword FOR FREE and sent it back to me AT HIS COST. I can't say enough about how awesome he was to deal with... However, Slayer is right about PM's... he just does not get them or see them... I once tried to reach him by PM and it took a LONG while, so direct e-mail is the way to go... I got near instance response from him. He *IS* supper busy right now... 4+ new swords are comming in and Sonny and those at VA are personaly working on the leatherwork on the new signature model swords... they have a whole plate. Check the address you have, make sure your sending it to the right place... try again... and don't worry. I am certain he will take care of you, Sonny is one of the good guys.

I agree wholeheartedly, sometimes it can be hard to get Sonny's attention due to VA's hectic schedule but once he's noticed you he consistently takes good care of his customers in my experience and knowledge! Hang in there and it should work out for you Bahamut.

Kidcasanova-I suggested an alternate email account merely becuase he said that his emails were returned as 'undeliverable'. When Bren emails me, it does the same thing to him. Don't ask me why, but a different email works from my experience. I just got an email from Sonny earlier today, actually. He may take about a week to respond (9 days, in my case), but he WILL get back to you, as long as the email reaches him. -Slayer
