My question is this, is there any way to remove or undo whatever enhancement is done to Paul Chen katanas. I have a PC Tiger in shirasaya, and while the enhanced hamon is not unattractive, the natural line the comes out after cleaning the blade is much better imo. Sorry if this has been asked and answered before, I'm relatively new here. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I think that helps. I know how much everyone likes pics, so I'll post some before and after later today.

I don´t now why but on my Hanwei blade (shinto) only one side have the frosted hamon complete. On the other side the frosting only kind of fades in partially on a couple of places, in about half the length of the hamon all in all. It is unused. It seems, but I don´t know for sure, that it is rather easily polished off(?) on that side. Perhaps it´s not normal, only something on that particular blade. I wonder how it would react on Autosol?.. (Simichrome it´s called think in the U.S, or something like that).
