Does any one own the Gen 2 Ranger sword? If so, how is it? I like the look of it, but I want to know if will stand up to use.

Not as tough as a DSA, but still very strong.

I think you may be better off with the Gen 2, as DSA had a few tang failures... Or maybe that was just one...

Plus the Gen 2 is probably lighter.

On a side note, I wouldn't mind having a DSA ranger blade for a project, as they are tough as swords get.
