I think you already found as much information as you are likely to find! I think it is an argentinian sabre from the same time period, and by the looks of it is likely authentic, particularly because of the cyber (pattern on the blade), and the wear, but it could be a reproduction. It's longer than the other one you posted, but cavalry sabers usually are. The accompanying piece is a matching dagger, also looks authentic as well. However sometimes service personnel bought reproductions of swords they saw others wearing, but weren't issued themselves after the fact. Interesting pieces!
