Seems like reviews are generally positive for it, although I hard the sheath is fragile. Just how fragile is it?

Dunno, mine didn't break. Perhaps if you smash it against a wall... It's smaller than usual katana saya and very light, perhaps this make it look fragile. Cas Iberia says they're made of fiberglass.

Yea i second that. It should store and carry it just fine. But if it's cold out, it might shatter if struck

I have one. Scabbard feels solid enough, though extremely light. I haven't whacked it into anything with any purpose, so I can't speak to the durability beyond incidental bumps and the fact that it survived a cross country move just fine.
It handles a bit oddly. The blade is thin with an aggressive distal taper and a BEEFY tang under the handle scales. The handle is like a slightly tapered bokken attached to an extra light kodachi blade.
If I keep it I'm definitely going to have to lighten the tang/grip. I honestly can't imagine that Gus' "Little Tigress" that this is based off of handled like this. It's not a bad sword, just odd.

Yeah it just arrived and the handle is a little odd lol. Very excited to cut with it though

As always I recommend grip band. The APOC katana hilt is heavy and uncomfortable hard and edgy, at least you can make it more comfy to hold.
