Looks like a mid-19th Century hunting sword. Usually this style is Germanic in origin and that acorn shaped frog stud would seem to suggest it. This one looks utilitarian with its plain blade and iron mounts. I hope this helps. ABTOMAT

My guess is a hunting sword. I don’t know the maker but these were popular in Germany during the 1800s.
