That guy can make a top tier blade in less time than my country would ship it to me...

Is that beautiful sword on the way to you? Also, that companion piece...Chef's kiss. Handle in brass? Or wood? Or wood and brass?

Unfortunately, you guys might need to wait until the weekend for the real thread and photos and such. You better be out doing some important monster killing for the Lodge if you are making us wait!

What's the best way to contact GGK? I've reached out a few times and I never get anything back.

That looks awesome, and I must say the fit and finish looks so much more crisp from Purna on this one.
How is the weight and handling?

2 lbs 9oz, 4-inch POB. Beautiful handling. Sounds about perfect.
I've been holding out on purchases lately but I think Purna may be able to nail down a La Tene Celtic sword and scabbard for me. I've been collecting a bunch of historical example photos, need to get in Photoshop and start designing now.

I no longer have doubts of him handling a double edged custom properly now. I believe that after all of my time working with him, we have reached a higher level of execution that I am truly happy with. Of course, more can be improved on and it's not without it's imperfections. That said, I believe that the Celtic Sword would be a piece of cake. He had the skills and you've had the guidance. A great team indeed.

Excellent all around. I too have a double edge coming from him. An arming sword.

2.5 lbs, not bad for such a hefty looking sword. Hows the edge geometry and distal taper?
I'm really impressed by the grip, I'm wondering if its possible to wrap that design in tight leather and keep the shape...

Oh damn that's killer, wicked design bro, the grip, guard and pommel match together so beautifully, contrasted by the unnatural to nature geometric blade, it's gorgeous. Like something placed in the forest by an intelligent being
