I wish I had any lol. I just use a cheap set of kitchen knives. I have my favourite among them, but if I'm lucky enough to buy one tomorrow, I'll be sure to come show it off š

"chef's knives" ... "damascus pocket knives" See what I mean? Anyways the Spydiechef is one of the best pocket knives around and the closest thing to a chef knife... so there you go.

I got this one. So far I'm happy with it. Cheap knife, and seems to do a decent enough job. Feels nice in the hands

I really like German chef knives, particularly WĆ¼sthof and Zwilling.
If I wasn't buying swords all the time I'd probably have a lot more cutlery.

Which one do you like more I would say they are equal in quality. One thing about the Zwilling that I like is the smooth taper into the blade from the handle so it's nice to pinch grip. The WĆ¼sthof has a very comfortable handle though. I could recommend both makers. You can find the Zwillings going for cheaper, e-bay is a good place to look.

I find there is an endless variety of blade styles when it comes to a chefs knife. Recently started forging my own and will be selling them soon in different price ranges. I actually gave one for free (a style called a nakiri) to a fellow forum member on here that was one of my long time repeat customers to test out :) When talking about chefs knifes you also want to consider if its stainless steel or carbon in general as each also have their own advantages and disadvantages :) Here are two that I made next to a tsuba a made, both blades from 1075 in different styles, both hybrid styles mixing European traits with Japanese traits in different ways, though I also do purely traditional designs also :) Attachments:

I do a lot of research on chefās knives. Japanese, German, Chinese, and American chef's knives are currently being used more. Knives from this country are made of high carbon stainless steel, durable, razor-sharp, and can be used for many years. These knives range in length from 4 inches to 12 inches.
