What do you think about battleready turkish ottoman swords? I can recommend it to those who are considering buying a custom-made Ottoman Turkish sword.

I wrote a brief review here: sbg-sword-forum.forums.net/thread/66192/sultans-swing-ottoman-swords-universalOverall, there is much potential here: the blade is well made, with a good temper and distal taper. It may be a bit heavier than historic originals (so are a lot of other swords in this price range), but it's not too heavy, and it handles quite well. The downside is the hilt, which needs a bit more attention to detail. The guard, for instance, has some edges that make handling somewhat unpleasant (I resolved this with some high-grit sandpaper and a few minutes of work. Now it's great). A little more attention to the hilt and the sword I have would be awesome. As it is, it's not bad, considering the price range.

I agree with Dwilson, they offer some unique options at the price. Blades could be a little lighter. Otherwise a good option for the price. That said, I'd also pay $50-75 more for something a bit lighter with better finish. I was also able to improve my handle finish easily.
I've looked at their hand-forged models, but those seem a bit rough for the price. If you consider what others offer for $1100, it should be better finished.
