I had a hankerin' for a bushcraft knife so after some perusal I bought a Condor Wayfinder. 1095 steel, 5.25" blade and a Scandi grind, it came hair-shaving sharp and looks like it would be pretty easy to keep sharp. The spine is about 1/8" thick, sturdy but not too thick. The exposed tang grip is beefy and feels good in my large hands. It has a bowl for a bow drill used for starting fires. It seems like a bit of an afterthought and feels a little weird. I doubt I ever use it. The tang extends a little from the back of the handle, presumably for striking a ferro rod. It works but I find it easier just to use the back of the blade. The sheath is simple but well constructed. I like that it rides high on the belt. You can wear it and sit down comfortably. I haven't put it through its paces like feathering wood and such but I'll take it out hiking when the weather warms up. Anyway, I do really like the look and feel of it.

Nice size & shape. Thinner and with 1095 instead of 1075. Good belt knife. Condor has about a million designs nowadays and really got into the knives after starting with machete types.

Yeah, I admit to being a bit of a Condor fanboy. The thickness is actually 1/10" or about 3mm ...

Looks like my kind of knife. 😎 I too am a condor fan boy. Have owned two products of theirs and plan to own more. I love that it has a fire drill point
