These are two late 17th Century Cavalry Swords on display in the local Battle of the Boyne (1690) Visitor Centre.
The left hand one has clearly been repointed and has a marked secondary bevel from field sharpening. The right hand one is longer and the blade looks like it's never been touched.
I've given a close up of a portion of the Walloon blade just to illustrate how thick it is at the base and how aggressive the distal taper is. The dragoon sword has only a slight distal taper. Maybe it's a cheaper 'munitions' quality blade issued to rank and file rather than the gentleman's Cavalry blade of the other sword.
