I will stick to the version with Patrick Stewart, Dean Stockwell, and Sting. That was epic.

For what it's worth, I once wrote the complete Litany Against Fear on the back sheet of a Calc 3 exam. My professor gave me bonus points.

Dune is the mind-killer, but less so than anime.

While waiting to see the new release, I am revisiting the tv mini series from 2000. It is more awesome than I remember. www.imdb.com/title/tt0142032/

If anyone is curious what the Litany looks like in Old Norse:
Now for my confession: I don't actually care much for the Dune series. So I don't have a lot to say about the film. However, my wife is interested in seeing it, so I may see it at some point

Dune was amazing. The sense of vastness and wonder was epic, but the dialogue mixing was kinda cruddy.

I loved it, but I don't know if my opinion is biased by the anxiety of going back to a cinema after 2 years ___________________________________________________________________________________

There was also "Children of Dune" that was released a few years after this one, I'm gonna give that a watch as well.

I felt it did the book justice, sort of. Really liked how the scope of the expansive universe was touched upon, without focusing on the minutiae that would have been a bit too much for the average viewer.

I just watched it and think it's a good adaption. Not a single thing that made me scream "Doh!", that's good.
