Any good balisongs around $250
Just looking for something with smooth action, clean lines, and well balanced.

I'm not really into balisongs but I was going to recommend TFW. I own a sword of theirs that I really like. However, the balisong seems to be out of stock.

I don't own the TFW balisong but I used to own their Espada y Daga which was great, personally I don't think their balisong would be a great choice if you plan on flipping constantly or learning new tricks. It's pinned which isnt preferable because once it gets loose it'll stay that way and all the brass on the handles would make it very heavy (which would be pretty unforgiving if you mess up a trick). I can reccomend 2 which I own that are right in your price range: the Atropos Smoke and the Maxace Banshee. Both are assembled with screws and are made by production knife companies. The Atropos Smoke has solid milled titanium handles and a N690 blade, the Maxace Banshee has G10 handle scales with stainless liners, I can't remember what the blade steel is but it comes with a tuning fork style training blade that you can swap out if you want to practice without the live blade. Both flip great and are nicely balanced. The maxace has a spring latch but the atropos doesn't. Either way they're both good options and atropos has other cheaper offerings (I think they have the smoke with micarta scales instead of titanium for like $125 if I remember correctly).
