I'm looking for a seller with a good selection of sword knots. I see that most specialize in military sword knots. I'm searching for a vendor that has colorful or more outlandish styles. Any recommendations would be helpful.

Thank you edelwiss for your contribution. I've already searched Ebay and googled other sword knot sites. As I said, I'm not looking for military knots. The sword knots will be on pirate and buccaneers swords during a production. The sword knots should be colorful and help invoke the action of scene. Think of buccaneers swinging over to a enemy ship with the sword knot fluttering in the breeze. There must be a vendor that carries knots such as these. I do like the sword knots on the Deepeeka Soviet officer sabre www.kultofathena.com/product.asp?item=AH3112&name=Soviet+Officer+WWII+Cavalry+Saber

Wouldn't that be a military sword?. You could have them made up for whatever flutter you imagine. Crepe paper comes to mind. Swords during the golden age of piracy were military swords and weren't using knots up to the point military swords were using sword knots.
Curtain rod trim and tassel stuff is fairly flamboyant.
Cheers GC
