South-East Asian Keris, most likely from Indonesia, but also found in Malaysia and The Philipines. Difficult to date as they are more a ceremonial item with spiritual significance applied to the form, metals used and the construction process.

Well thanks for your input. does not really help me in figuring out what to do with this thing. i don't really want it, any advice on where to sell it?

Sure it helps you. Now that know what it is you can google it to find a market space for keris. Since you don’t tell us where you’re from I’m not sure there is more we can tell you. If you’re in NZ like me I would recommend trademe.
You can always look up an auction house that is near to your area that specialises in weapons or try Facebook groups.
