I was gonna have a Mineral Mountain bowie done YEARS (at least a dozen) ago when large bowie offerings were not as generally plentiful as today but never pulled the trigger. Very nice.

What a beast! Very clean kydex work too. An interesting thing about the kydex also... Because of the unique blade shape, it allows for a certain amount of play in the kydex. Meaning that if you push the blade a little more upward into the kydex (Meaning the spine upward) It acts as a lock. When you push the knife downward(edge down) it comes out easily. This was not normally my idea or anything but it's very interesting. One thing I do prefer on my sheaths is to mount a teklok clip or a molle clip through the eyelets, but that looks like a pretty sturdy integral belt loop.

Brother Howler, I would absolutely recommend them. They executed BEAUTIFULLY open my idea and drawing. Just ... Mwah :-* I am already considering another version of this with Brass bolster and possible brass "pommel" of sorts. Highly recommended for sure. My MMHW Starlight Fighter is my #1 favorite big knife. I like to think of them as the best kept secret in the knife world.
