Without a doubt, Sean Connery's Bond was the best dressed who carried off that Bond "old Etonian attitude" as if it was second nature to the Scotsman of humble origins. The classic Bond......

He was an outstanding actor, even in his few stinkers. And who else with his reputation would have had the guts to do Zardoz?
He wore it better than Borat. Of course he did. Sacha Baron Cohen is a worthless wanker. Sean Connery was a Scottish gentleman who got there the hard way.

Sir Sean's brief military career...rest well shipmate! Sir Thomas Sean Connery, who died on October 31st this year, enlisted in the Royal Navy in 1946 at the age of 16. He trained as an anti-aircraft gunner and was assigned to HMS Formidable, an Illustrious-Class aircraft carrier that had served with distinction during the Second World War. Connery only served a short while, however, being medically discharged in 1949 due to an ulcer. After his time in the Royal Navy, Connery supplemented his income through babysitting and competitive body building, eventually finding acting.
