As I mentioned before, I am a newbie here, but have been into swords for many years now. I started enjoying, buying (and selling) stuff again, recently. Some years ago, I had to put some swords into storage and have today retrieved them. Some, as my Windlass Dracula, I can easily identify -- but for the life of me, I have no idea what this is: The (quite characteristical) pommel is peened, the blade is marked "India". If necessary, I can of course supply some statistics. Any idea what it is? I want to sell it, like the Drac, but would not know how to describe or advertise it.

Phew, no idea and I can't find it with google search. The "hand and a half" grip looks very special, similar to the Windlass Pilsen rapier. Perhaps an old Windlass model? Does it have a rapier or a sidesword blade?

Windlass is pretty likely, I mostly bought Windlass and Hanwei back then, and "India" shows it's no Hanwei.
The blade is sideswordish, visually similar to the Munich Townguard Sword.
My hope was that someone sees the pommel and says, "well, this quite obviously is a..." :-)

Maybe a mod can kindly move this thread to another subforum, where the riddle has a better chance to be solved?
