...is there a double-wield style for blade weapons with european background? And no, i dont mean rapier and parry dagger, more like the chinese stuff: butterfly swords, hook swords, longer knives, daos...

That doesn't make sense, why would folks in Europe have developed a style for double nunchaku?
Maybe I'm mis-reading?

That's a really good question, and one I don't have an answer to. From my limited knowledge of HEMA styles and such, I don't think there is a true dual wield system using the same sized blades in unison.
It sounds like a very interesting topic to research. If there is a European dual wield, then I would like to learn more about it.

The way you frame the question makes it sound like you are asking if Europeans ever devised methods for using Chinese weapons.

While not at all what your asking, I find Kali to be one of the better duel wielding systems, and a lot of people go to it for that. But I've never heard of Europeans doing anything similar tho

I saw a guy at the club do freeplay with 2 messers once. Dunno if it's a system or if he was just sorta having fun and experimenting. I'll ask him when I see him next and update if he says anything good on the matter.
UPDATE:
so I saw the 2 messers guy again and asked him about it. he said there is a bit in the texts about it, but that what he does is just applying general principles. he didn't name any texts, so nothing on that front...
to describe what he does, he keeps his right hand weapon couched over his right shoulder, while the offhand weapon is kept low across his legs. His general principle is to use one weapon to either provoke a response and then cut with the other to a totally different target, or to parry with one weapon while returning a cut with the other. The basic idea seems to be to control the opponent's weapon with one sword while using the other to cut to an opening that the opponent can't readily guard because he's tied up dealing with the first weapon.
