My cutey was not so expensive ($400) but took forever as a surface cargo parcel from France. There is another ebayer with roland in his username and I had an item from him in France to me, in five working days via air and usps. Anyway, here is an old colichemarde and you can compare to the cross section of the CS. www.bonhams.com/auctions/23564/lot/325/Mine came with a bent blade and loose hilt. Ironing out the blade took gentle time. Yes, they flex and are easily bent, and broken. That is part of why CS built them for the aggressive. Cheers GC

When I started this hobby/disease, I thought I liked medieval swords. I still do. But look at the artistry in that blade. I can't find a better word for it than art. The artistry takes my breath away.
My cold steel does too, to a lesser extent. I don't think I'll ever give it up.
