I have not sold it yet or even posted it for sale but im curious of a few things before I do.
Can you ship it to other countries? Is there anything I need do prior to taking it in to be shipped, such as paperwork?
Thinking about selling off my Ronin-Katana #2 but not sure what the process is. Also, im assuming shipping is probably pretty crazy priced, who do you use for shipping?

Good Morning dementedA few things to ask: from where are you shipping? Im in Canada (eh?) I recently sent a ronin kat to Oregon USA. I used UPS as it was 30$ cheaper than the other option available to me. All the paperwork was completed at my local post office, including weighing the package (2.5kilo), taking the dimensions of the box and adding enough insurance to cover the cost of replacement. Bing bang wait 2 to 3 weeks and Bobs yer uncle. Hopefully your package arrives where it should and you have a happy customer. I packaged mine with bubble wrap and some spare foam to take end to end impacts inside a 4' x 4" x 4" box. I also send the recipient a tracking number and stay in touch with them during the shipping process. Ouro

Packaging is key. I like to use old pool noodle bits as spacers.

The classification can differ from country to country, but usually the "weapon" category is meant for firearms and gun parts. I've always declared swords as sports equipment or decorative items. No issues thus far.
