hi guys,
you all have been so clever in your advices so far, that I can't help asking for more.
so here it is:
True Swords sells a Bride sword for 99$.... they say it's ''battle ready'' or something like that. I can see it's full tang and doesn't seem like it's stainless steel...
but then, cutting with it, would that be advisable? Which should I prefer betwen the bride's sword and the Famed Kaze?

I can't really help you out much as I have experience with neither the Bride sword or the Oh-so-famous Kaze.. but if it were up to me, I'd opt for the Kaze without hesitation. Just to clarify, "Kaze" refers to the traditionally tempered katana showcased here on SBG, right? That sword has gotten a number of positive reviews, so it should be a solid purchase. Edit: and thanks to the mysterious hyper link system that only this site has, I see that it is indeed Kaze that it refers to. Which is good.

I might have owned that sword before, and I would say go for the Kaze. It would be more worth your time.
