Is there a name for the type of sageo tying where there’s a knot up near the shito dome and then the sageo runs down the saya and there’s another knot closer to the kojiri? Trying to find a video or something on the best way to tie that kind of way.

Are you talking about something like this: The reality is there is no "right" way. There are in fact many many different ways to tie sageo. And there is always the chance to come up with a new inventive way to tie your sageo. This is an example of 4 different ways to tie sageo But there are many other options and the reality is only limited by your imagination and ability to tie knots. One of the simplest and actually most practical ways to knot sageo is like this. Because the reality is sageo is supposed to be used to tie the scabbard/saya to your belt. all those fancy knots you see in sageo are for display, to look pretty. My sageo I wrapped against the saya so that it became a comfortable grip when holding and carrying the sword ?

I’m sure I can figure it out, was just wondering is there is a specific name for it so maybe I could look for a video or something. Thanks.

Best I can find is it seems like "iai musubi" but at both ends. "Iai musubi" ties a knot by the kurigata and leaves the rest slack; I'm guessing this method repeats the knot at the far end of the saya to keep the sageo from hanging when the sword is not in use?
Here's a video:

I'm not sure if there is a specific name, but as I was taught, you do a slip knot on the sageo near the kurigata, so that way the lengths of the sageo ends can be adjusted as needed to they are parallel. Then when the sword is not worn, you run the sageo down the length of the saya, and depending on the length of your sageo, wrap once or twice around the end and tie a simple cross knot with a loop so that it can be easily pulled out.
