I been debating between the fews brand Hanwei XL light Bugei Ronin elite Project x And forge direct In the used section there is one bugei samurai up for sale but it seem like the owner is AFK. I would need some help on picking out one of them Thank you so much in advance.

If you want to be studying tameshigiri and Iai, I suggest that you find a dojo and a sensei and buy whatever sword they recommend you study and train with.
Otherwise, you'll be going out and buying something that may very well not be acceptable to your instructor. Additionally most students of Ken Jitsu will study Iai for sometime before they are advanced enough to properly and safely train in tamishigiri.

I am actually thinking of taking the online course from Tenshin Ryu Hyoyo. Due to the fact in my area there is literally one dojo and it is not fully a dojo...

Hideki Ide sensei would tell you to go based on your measurements. He might be able to give an idea, he helped me and turns out that for my needs for training, which funny enough based on my size and frame was the ryujin O-katana that I have.

Then you should know that there is ALOT of controversy around that group.Mostly that they are JSA frauds making it up and copying some techniques from legitimate JSA.The head guy was a street performer and stage fight choreographer.
