Yeah it's made of 1095 tempered to be rather rigid. It's pretty light for its size, but somewhat blade heavy due to the hilt fitting made of zinc alloy =( The wooden grip is also constructed in Chinese sword's two-pin style and it's grotesquely thick. Still, it cuts and thrusts rather well. Hilt is zinc? Damn that's lame they advertise stainless. |
