Hi all, I need advice, I have a big problem: my crion albion accidentally fell on the tiling of my living room. This tile has a particular texture and it damaged the pommel, photos attached. I'm very disappointed, how can I make up for this? I would at least attenuate this defect in the polishing a bit ... Thanks

Filing, Sanding, Polishing. The smaller ones on top of the Pommel will be relativly invisible afterwards I guess. For the larger one it will leave most likely will leave a small dent, but really minor.
Maybe some of the more experienced guys here have more detailed advise.

Me, I'd just leave as is. Maybe at most a little scotchbrite rub with WD40 or oil to take out any burrs per se.
Everything I've ever had for any length of time has scuffs and scratches, metal, wood and leather. I've grown fond of the "character" they lend. ;)

Like Tomt said, just clean it up with careful filing, sanding and polishing. It'll leave a scar, but scars are cool!

Ive had the same happen to me for a couple of expensive swords. Hurts man... Yea sand the burs away gently and it'll be fine. A little dents and scuffs that don't affect the function are fine
