Reviewed the Kingston Arms : Type XIV sword. It was a lot to review and each review I get better at something.. this time i learned a lot about how audio doesn't compress and upload the same from my editor to YouTube.. Cest La Vie! Enjoy!!

Another entertaining video. I have a XIV sword, but of another manufacturer, that is also a delight to handle.

My KA XIV is indeed incredible agile and nimble. But it also had some flaws, a loose guard (fixed with epoxy) and a not alligned pommel (can be ignored).

Nice review... video production is much more difficult that the casual viewer thinks. So these swords are designed by Gus Trim and made by Kingston? Do they use the same manufacturing process?

So these are mass produced in batches. Talking with some other sword vendors at Estrella, they said that every batch is slightly different but all batches are near the same. In the past, some batches had quillons that would come loose or mismatched pommels and quillons. They also came out with a Katzbalger and side sword that are pretty nice. The Side sword is hard to come by these days.

We had a couple early XV that the pommels and handles were a little mismatched and came loose. Thanks for the reply.

Good video, as usual! I have that same Kingston sword & I love it. Mine doesn't fit as snugly in the scabbard as that one though.

Very much enjoyed the video- excellent production. Very nice scenery, where did you film this? Especially this time of year (Winter) streams and trees are just such a treat for the eyes.

So, This review was started in October in South Eastern Idaho (where i'm located at). I like to batch review so I did 4 swords worth of initial review footage and than slowly got through it, realized my cutting section was lack luster and decided to get some more shots. I also travel a lot and take my gimbal and camera everywhere and when ever I get a chance to get out and do little hikes, I make sure to get some footage for videos. I'm really glad you enjoyed it, we are working hard to make this a good and different channel. Thanks!
