Hey,
Wanted to share a couple great experiences with this company.
My B-Day is coming up and I ordered a sharpened windlass arbedo sword upon hearty recommendations from you lot.
Me and the family have had a bad run of health lately, pneumonia, flu, all kinds of awful. I'm sitting home hacking out a lung and I get a call from elgin IL.
A very nice young lady let's me know upon sharpening my arbedo they found it did not meet their standards, but they were out of stock. Did I still want it?
Well, yeah. Okay, well we are rating it munitions grade, so 160 becomes 100. She says they'll issue the refund right away. Also, they have been covering shipping on orders over 200.
I ordered an arbedo and a devils edge single edge qama (fifty bucks). They didn't charge me for shipping. I was very impressed with this level of customer service.
Also, I applied ren wax to the arbedo and looked it over. Hard.
I'm honestly not sure why this is munitions grade. I'm not complaining, it's just flawless to my eye, and I'm pretty picky.
I also ordered a towton and dark ages shield a few months back. The towton didn't quite fit me, and the return was easy and painless. They refunded me the full 260 even though that model is currently selling for 140.
I'm just so pleased with this company.
Last year for my birthday I ordered the runic long seax. It came with some rust on the guard and I let koa know. They had one of their sword care kits sent for free and it was there like the next day. Rust came off in about 2 seconds. Ryan also rejected several models basically getting me a hand select model.
It occurred to me they have earned the effort of letting this community know that as a customer, I really couldn't be happier and they are doing right by me!

Also if in doubt in munitions grade arbedo, my experience says buy it. I kinda want two of these. You guys were spot on with the arbedo recommendations.
Can't wait to recover and take this sword to the woods!
