When I was a kid I ate creamy on plain white bread. Now that I'm a dang ADULT I eat crunchy like a real man should. Also, no bread anymore as we've gone high fat low carb. I like it on celery and carrots and only the natural peanut butter with just nuts and salt. I love that combo and have it almost every day for lunch. The "regular" peanut butter tastes too sugary to me now. Brotherbonzai, same experience here. I ate what my mom bought and was glad to have it. And once I became an adult I ate what I wanted. Which was crunchy! And yes like a real man! Haha

Nah, save that for later. Let's tie them to the stakes, then smear creamy PB all over them and turn the mice loose. Torture by ten thousand tiny tongues? This shows just how twisted the creamies are. Hang on, ten thousand tiny tongues licking me. How is that torture? Sounds like a great Saturday night! I wish. Haha

Unpopular opinion: crunchy peanutbutter isn't at all butter-like. It's a fine sandwich spread, but should have its own classification. Zen Hydra, having read several of your recent posts I have come to the conclusion that you are a blast at parties. Have had friends like you that after someone tells a joke they would then explain why the joke isn’t possible because of ‘ such and such’. We would probably still get along just fine. Don't believe the two go together so well, but will admit there are FAR worse food combinations. I think we have finally found out the reason humanity will one day destroy itself: CRUNCHIES AND CREAMIES CANNOT LIVE ON THE SAME PLANET TOGETHER, and as was said in the movie Highlander "There can be only one"...Creamy.

NO dammit, you'll be sitting with me, picking out those villainous little chunks of sin from defiled jars of creamy righteousness!

It was Wonder bread and I remember them advertising it as being reinforced with 8 nutrients and thought that was the great. Little did I know that the wheat they were using originally had 28 before they got their hands on it and was only putting back 8, and probably not in full at that. I love bread but can’t remember the last time I ate white bread. I gave Hazel instructions not to buy any. Peanut butter and celery is a good combination, I haven’t tried it with carrots. That natural butter they made for me had no salt nor sugars, just plain peanuts that I saw in the hopper. It didn’t have as strong of a flavour as I was use to, but definitely found pleasing. If it wasn’t so ungodly expensive I’d buy more.

Peanut butter (crunchy, smooth, whatever) is inherently inferior to almond butter, cashew butter, and Nutella.
Tree nuts are just better than legumes - FACT
If we are being honest, peanut butter is really bean dip.

And the biggest jars of grape jelly or strawberry preserves. Was overdosed on strawberry preserves. To this day I won’t eat anything strawberry flavored. Will only eat actual strawberries.

Well guys, three pages so far on peanut butter. Politics and religion seem so tame compared to this don’t they. 😏. And one of the mods has even chimed in. He of course will be spared when we have our final conquest over the ‘cremies’. Convert or be doomed. Muhaha

Only people of culture and refinement can appreciate the superiority of creamy peanut butter. Crunchy is for peasants, lowbrows, and barbarians!
Those who stand for creamy stand for civilization and art.
Have at thee, rank troglodytes.

Outside the specific confines of PB the whole "chunkies vs creamies" is . Imagine said battle waged between two gangs in a old folks home, or apes in a zoo .
