I don’t collect such things but damn, those are pretty cool. The faces look great, very realistic. Don’t tell MOK, he thinks ‘The Sword and Sorcerer’ is a better movie and he’ll want a Lee Horsley doll, I mean figurine. Haha. Speak of the devil... Allow me to set the record straight. I think TS&tS is a far better Conan movie, very specifically - rename the main lead, and it could easily pass for an actual Conan story. The Milius film is a poor adaptation, but totally awesome in its own right. Also, what I actually want here are figures of Mako and Sandahl Bergman. I agree 100%. Conan survives more on his quick wits and "uncivilized" insights, than on brute strength. While very tall and strong, he's often described as 'pantherine'. Arnold was too square-shaped to be panther-like. I thought Jason Mamoa was a good physical match for the character, but was unfortunately cast in an awful production.

Mako's wizard is about the only one in the movie that they didn't make a action figure or statue of. I've even seen one of Subotai, Gerry Lopez.

Gerry Lopez's character being named after one of Genghis Khan's generals is pretty random though.

Oh, sure, but that's the only reason for Subotai to be in the movie at all - just so that Arnold can tell the audience about his character without having to talk to himself. Subotai has no goals or motivations of his own, does nothing on his own and his presence has no effect on the story. I actually like the character and Lopez does a good job playing him, but the writer(s) forgot to actually do anything with him, he just hangs around and helps with whatever the others are doing.
(Come to think of it, CtB is a lot like Jackson's LotR, for me, in that it's gorgeous in every way except the casting of some lead roles and the writing that keeps frustrating me to no end...)

But the scene is funny and his sword is nice! (I'm easy to entertain!)

It was Subotai who rescued Conan from the tree of woe otherwise he'd still be hanging there thinking this sucks. It was Subotai who shot the arrows into the giant snake then threw Conan his sword to kill it off. So if it wasn't for Subotai there would be no more Conan and no Conan the Destroyer which I was disappointed they didn't bring him back for. I guess saving someone's life just isn't that important anymore.

BESIDES, having Subotia next to him made Conan look bigger.

Oh, yeah... I must admit pinning the giant snake's head to the stone wall was an impressive feat of archery!
Although I think they really should have just let Subotai kill it outright, instead of needing Conan to finish the job. Kinda undermines the ranged striker's moment in the spotlight, having the melee tank steal his kill.

Exactly, I have never been able to get arrows to penetrate stone. Maybe I'm using the wrong arrows. Hey, I'm still trying to figure out how Conan was able to burn down the stone temple at the end. They must have bad stones there.

Exactly, I have never been able to get arrows to penetrate stone. Maybe I'm using the wrong arrows. I have embedded arrows into a brickwall before, not sure how different the stone would be. Brick is more porous than most stone. Might be able to stick in some limestone but not sure about that. Many things in movies you have to be able to suspend disbelief in, IMO. Some, a lot here disagree with that.
