Unbranded Mikov Leverlock Clone/Copy

I recently picked up this unbranded leverlock that is a copy of a Mikov (Chechen) single action auto.
Some initial impressions are that the fit and finish is most excellent. A similar knife from the same source is also unbranded, so we'll assume Chinese but touted as 440 and a 56 hrc. Really stout build with a spring that would launch a large Italian grinder (sic, a sandwich silly). Really, the spring is beefy.
A Mikov in cocobolo for comparison.
With no safety, I would be hesitant to clip this in a pocket but would be safe enough in the provided (yech) plastic pouch that has a belt loop and velcro flap.
You can see scratches on the clip side, which happened within minutes of receipt but that will rub out easily enough.
9" overall with 3 3/4" of blade beyond the bolster, 5 1/4" of handle w/skull crusher/kabaton
Closing the blade best done puhing against a firm surface edge, as the grind on the spine is less than 1mm at the tip.
Some similar with a psuedo brand name (and look more cheaply made) are circulating at a $20-$30 range shipped. This one was just around $50 shipped and half the cost of a Mikov from the same dealer.
Be sure to recognize all regulations when ordering auto knives and I'm not listing a dealer, partly with that reasoning. We could use an auto knife thread here but I am concerned discussion might go the wrong way pretty quickly. More US states are now amending laws re "switchblades" and my state of RI allows normal carry with a blade of up to 3 1/2". That makes this one pretty iffy for carry but not something I will likely use to carry offensively, or even as a general carry piece. No problem ordering it though.
Cheers
