Nice video, almost hypnotic watching the blade come across on the horizontal cuts. I wonder what your cuts would do to something like a pig carcus.

In fact I could be the very first one to cut pork arm and put video online, before cold steel and the other lung chuan forges did. They followed the trend. The targets I set up nowadays simulate a living bone and muscle. Pork arm is harder in the bone but softer in the fresh, so basically the same, just more gross and dirty as well as unrealistic since the bone has become hardened lol.
