Im making a two tsuka from a costum katana and an hanwei wind and thunder. I remember seeing a template/image for a tsuka in a 100 % scale size once.
Anyone has a link?
Another question to glue to tsuka wood core, use regular white wood glue or 30 min epoxy for extra strengh?

I would use wood glue if I had the choice, but I recall many people using epoxy with satisfying results. I would do a full ray skin wrap over the core, though, for strength. Or if you are into alternative material, cord or wire wrap
