Yes, I am currently looking at a large armoire as well but I have closets enough if I move stuff back from a 5'x5' storage unit. I have a table set up and 60ish swords stowed but all of that bulk not handily near. Finishing moving in has taken a few years. Some of the Chinese made bamboo tiered shoe racks with slats are handy for the half dozen I have here and baskets not an issue because of them. Piling in a corner has always worked for me. Cane stands, shaker pegs, lots of ways to condense space.
The purtiest armoire would be wonderful but four figures and installation causes me to hesitate. Deep and tall, most everything but the poles would fit in there. There are a few with assembly required and shipped by ups or fedex that are much less costly but closets come with the abode.

Wife and I got most of our swords in our bedroom, but I got my very own man-cave (bookshelves and PC mostly) and got some nice room to hang more swords in the future, yes baby.

You might be an SBG member if you blew the $500 your grandfather gave you on a sword. You might be an SBG member if you spend at least 2 hours a day looking at blades.

On a good day off work, I can spend multiple hours in the 'man-cave' just looking, polishing, oiling, sharpening, and just playing around in general. Also spend a lot of time in front of a mirror trying on armor in various combinations. Sometimes, my wife peeks in and looks at me like I'm crazy...to which I respond with..."Honey, does this longsword make me look fat in this cuirass?" She just rolls her eyes and closes the door quietly.... I guess my room is like my man cave lol. I have all my drawings and swords and stuff in here.

Same here man 😂 I love trying on different stuff, adjusting the fit and walking around fully armoured to get a feel for how comfortable it may or may not be

My wife won't admit it...but she really does.

If you became a bladesmith and your wife (before the babies) held your hot steel for you while you worked on it? (Reason for babies)

His name is Windlass. Windlass Kelly... I love it. Does he perch on top of your sword shelves?
