This year I am working for restore my man cave to its previous glory after having to move to my new apartment last year. I am coming along quite nicely. I am looking at adding a re-curve bow and quiver to my arsenal. Have been shopping around a bit and saw some on sale on amazon. I also looked at some of the offerings from SGB related vendors and am not sure which would be the best buy. I would like to discuss various options and see what other members have bought in the past.
I will start with this item. Has anybody purchased one before?
The manufacturer has their own website.
Here is a rather inexpensive quiver that can be worn on the side, back etc.
I actually prefer carbon shaft arrows If I choose to target practice with the bow any.

The most important thing to consider about a bow is how it looks hanging up unstrung. My Hungarian horse bow has nice curves to it while my English Longbow looks like a stick. Before anyone jumps on me this is a joke The bow has really good reviews and the price is real good. I like their LOTR bow but not enough to spend $400 on it. I think the quiver would look better if it didn't have so many modern fittings on it. Just my opinion.
