I was looking for a video to relax with before calling it a day and stumbled on this and wasn’t looking for a sword at all. In fact that was the last thing on my mind at the time. I started to post elsewhere but thought the review section was probably the best after much thought. I don’t know where they got the katana. It’s of 1060 steel but it goes back to “it’s not the steel as much as the hardening”. I have to admit that is the sorriest battle ready katana I’ve seen, it deserves wall hanger status. They also bring in the CS All-Terrain Chopper with a few related words.

Ay-yi-yi, thanks for sharing, that really helps one appreciate a blade that, you know, works. One of the worst performing blades I've ever had the pleasure(?) of seeing. The tang emerging from the handle sort of reminded me of that classic scene from the movie Aliens.

"You can't get that curvature from clay tempering, you have to get it by cutting the steel in that shape", that's a lot of steel being thrown away by the middle East after cutting out their shamshirs Man that sword got destroyed.

I've always loved the All-Terrain Chopper. As far as I'm concerned it's one of the best "falchions" one could get.
