India made trinket made in the past few decades. The hilt representing both Mughal Empire traditions and 19th century British influences.

Yeah, it's a cheap Indian tourist piece, not older than 1970s at most. Purely decorative, of course, and kinda ubiquitous - you sometimes see literal boxes full of these in secondhand stores.
