Today I found an interesting piece at the local waste collection company (I'm working for them as contractor from time to time). I started to investigate immediately, after noticing the inscriptions.
This thing went through a waste shredder! The blade is quite damaged on one side of the blade. But all in all it's in a remarkable condition.
The investigation told me, that the EFE in the grip means: Einigkeit, Frieden, Eintracht (unity, peace, concord) and "Loge zu den sieben Sternen" (Lodge to the seven stars) on the guard.
Found out, that this is a global acting "druid"-lodge/order which was founded in 1781 in london. Still trying to investigate for more details/backgrounds...
But the biggest question for me is: why did this thing land at the local waste collection company?! Quite mysterious...
I maybe should get in contact with those "druids". Their homepage tells us, that there are different epoches here in Germany, where lodges like them were pursued seriously. For example during the "third reich" or the "German Democratic Republic".
What do you think?

Never heard of them before but looked them up. Seems to be a nice peacefull humanistic club. But why do they use a sword for whatever? Their seven pointed star and seven principles remember me of GoT a bit.

Today I had the opportunity to give this back to the lodge here in my city.
Did an appointment with the chairman of that lodge and could hand over my find. Was quite a short meeting.
Everything today had a mysterious touch. A villa in a very wealthy district... So I rang the bell and an aged man with suit opened the door for me and greeted me with my name.
The chairman was very courteous and well-mannered. Then he told me that there are only two possibilities why the "dagger" became lost. First is what I wrote earlier (persecution) and second one could be a theft .
I had the strange feeling that he wanted me to get out of the house as fast as possible. Offered me a "reward for the finder" of 100 EUR but i rejected... I said that I am satisfied by helping and bring it back without any ulterior motive. We wished each other a nice day and I left.
What a strange moment .

A globalist druid order that's 230 years old and still operating? Interesting!
That's pretty exotic alright. I get the impression you can't just drop in on a meeting.

Did they slide over the floor without moving the legs and a faint organ background sound??

Haha, lol. No sliding over the floor . But I honestly wasn't sure what could happen to me there... Luckily I wasn't tied down to a rock and sacrificed.

You may have allowed the druids to summon their dark deity to take revenge on mans inventions... I support this...
