I like mine.
imho, it handles okay and with confidence, and looks more dignified in person than in photos.
Grip seems to be dedicated to the hammer grip, as it’s too short for thumb up or handshake grips. Maybe that’s historical? I’ve never seen a genuine Polish cav saber in person. The thumb ring feels comfortable to me, but knowledgeable persons have disagreed.
It was worth the price to me.

To offer another perspective, Dave Kelly said in his review of it that it was a missed opportunity for a good light cav sabre do to poor tapering and dynamics. I've heard it handles similarly to the CS/Windlass 1840 which to me seems too heavy to be a hussar sabre.

Thumbup grips tend to show up with later less curved sabres.
