Cutting 2 leg targets with single hand on pommel. This is to simulate using the "1 vs multi opponent sword", Longship 5160H Giant Silvia, to deal with 2 opponents at once, cutting the surrounding enemies' leg.

That's one big sword. I'd lack room to swing it.

That's one big sword. I'd lack room to swing it. Yes, it's 56" long. The first two cuts flexed like hell but the sword survived it with its stellar heat treatment. I'm glad it remained straight after such high risk test cut session.

I'd never be brave (or competent) enough to let go of that second hand (for better reach) while swinging that beast. Just too afraid of making that thing a true "flying helicopter of death", as heads could literally be decapitated if I lost my grip. Quite impressive room sweeping arc of doom you got there, however. Like the grim reapers scythe.

Like the grim reapers scythe. Yes, this is a 1 vs multi sword. It wasn't supposed to do single handed strike like this, which were necessary for shorter swords to fight multiple opponents, because it's long enough in itself. I just figured out I would give the Longship impressive sword a try to see if it can go for the extreme in the reach. I wouldn't do it again after seeing how much the sword has flexed though. I feel lucky with it remaining straight after the practice. Thanks to Longship's heat treatment. In fact, during David Stokes' test of the Odin's Oar, the sword was flexing like hell too in some of the less ideal blade alignment cuts. The sword also survived and remained straight afterward. That speaks a lot of Longship's performance.

Beside the 1 vs multi specialized sword, the general purpose sword will also face multiple opponents from time to time. Thus I tested Longship Armoury 3V No Remorse against 2 PPR pipe cored newspapers roll targets at upper arm difficulty, set far apart to simulate being attacked simultaneously by two opponents. It tests my ability in maintaining the correct blade alignment through a wide arc of area, my power generation and my sword's sharpness retention through the 2 targets.

Now to get the attackers to cooperate by lining up in sufficiently close proximity to each other... All kidding aside that was impressive.

Damn, that's beastly cutting. I doubt I could do that with any of my swords. Especially so low to the ground, that would be difficult to parry if you weren't expecting it.

So have you ever dropped a sword off that roof?

So have you ever dropped a sword off that roof? I had to ask Lancelot if he ever sent his targets off the roof. He hadn’t.

So have you ever dropped a sword off that roof? Fortunately not. Or we wouldn't be still here. We would be on the news and kicked out of this place.

So have you ever dropped a sword off that roof? I had to ask Lancelot if he ever sent his targets off the roof. He hadn’t. I don't place the targets just anywhere. I took considerations on where they will fly and leave plenty of room before hitting the boundary wall. Plus I also cut at the direction where in case the targets flew off the rooftop, no one will get hurt down there since it's toward the back alley. I did break some water pipe on rooftop in the past, twice, and paid big penalty for that.

It's like Hokuto Shinken (manga)..... after the strike, say "you're already dead" and then "count down 80 years"....

Trying out a Lung Chuan Miaodao's ability in using 1 cut on 2 shin difficulty targets.
