I just stumbled on this thread - this is the first time that we have had a mix up like this, and it is deeply disappointing..
Trying to arrange something with it now - we don't have return labels for the Forge Direct line, but will refund double the shipping cost if that is agreeable and of course, refund in full.
Cannot apologize enough - it's just not good enough and should not have happened in the first place.
Deeply sorry and embarrassed..

just got my 2x refund for the shipping, thanks for that, my full refund for the sword will be issued after it arrives, so i was told middle of next week i will get it, fingers crossed
