I'm looking for a sword thats 6 feet long or longer, weighs 15 or more pounds, not sharp, but can hit stuff without shattering into bits or bending. and a blade atleast 5 centimeters thick and has a 5 inch width or more, its pretty specific yes but I'm thinking something like the Dragonslayer from Berserk, or the Greatsword from Dark Souls. I've searched everywhere online and haven't found anything that catches my fancy so any links or names of people that will create something like that for me would be fantastic.

You’d have to go custom. There is a guy i’ve seen make these. Note they are generally 40+ lb Michael Cthulu... See examples: Why on earth 5cm thick though? That is 2” thick. That is insane.

I have seen this guy, I guess I'll try asking him, I'm surprised I didn't think of him. I'm actually subbed to him on youtube.

That's a cross-sectional area of about 30 square cm, and would weigh about 240g per cm of blade length. If you want it at closer 15lbs (rather than over 70lbs), consider hollow construction. Central plate with triangular side bits welded on, maybe a cross-shaped central piece with triangular side plates.

Yup, for a "sword" like that Mike Craughwell is exactly your man. Even he would probably tell you not to make it 2 inches thick, though. That'd make it a bit much just to lift, let alone swing at stuff... and the stock metal would be hellaciously expensive, too.
